It's said that we are born dying; and to be quite honest we need to view our wellness the same. We must take seriously the way we or our Children begin; because it will without a doubt give insight to our tomorrow. Hopefully either as a mother you've given your Child the best chances of nutritional development or as an adult you had parents that gave you the best nutritional diet up until you took control of your life. Certainly people get sick at any age; but even if your parents did good by you it's my estimation that 40 is the magic number in terms of the body giving up from abuse from the 20 years you were on your own. We've all heard the "After 40 it's down hill from here" comments. In some ways it's true if you have not been taking care of yourself all that time. Not taking care of yourself meaning; not eating the right foods ie(fast foods, fried foods, sodas, sugar etc.)

- Sulfur Dioxide: Preservative, destroys nutrients in foods, causes hypertension, respiratory condition.
- MSG Flavor enhancer, excitotoxin which kills brains cells and causes obesity
- Sodium Nitrate: Keeps processed meats red, causes cancer
- Potassium Bromate: Causes cancer can be found in white flour some found in Bread
- High Fructose Corn Syrup: Artificial Sweetener, High in calories, elevates high cholesterol and causes obesity and tissue damage. Found in Breads, Candy and canned foods
- Sodium Sulphite: Causes asthma, headaches, breathing problems and sometimes rashes. Found in wine and dried fruits
- Caffeine: Added to soft drinks Stimulate which raises blood pressure, nervousness and insomnia
- Trans Fats: Increases bad cholesterol; increases the risk of heart attacks, heart disease and strokes. Causes increased inflammation and diabetes. Fried foods and most fast foods and Margarine. Butter is still better
- Artificle sweeteners (Aspertame, Sweet n low, Splenda, Equal , Sucralose and others) Wrecks havac in the body. Causes Lupus and Multiple Schlerosis.
- Artificial colors: Associated with ADD, ADHC and Cancers
